隱私權政策與
個人資料告知

Velosel目前為測試版。付款尚未啟用；我們只在提供會員、詢價、相容性確認與售後服務所需範圍內處理資料。

蒐集哪些資料

可能包含姓名、Email、電話、會員名稱、寄送地址、車輛與騎乘需求、詢價內容、訂單及售後紀錄。選填資料可稍後補充或不提供。

使用目的

用於會員辨識、回覆詢問、商品相容性確認、報價、訂單處理、配送、保固、售後服務、網站安全與依法保存紀錄，不會將資料出售給第三方。

LINE與WhatsApp詢問

當你主動按下LINE或WhatsApp按鈕，Velosel會產生包含商品、已選規格、畫面價格及頁面網址的預填訊息。只有在你於通訊軟體中確認送出後，訊息才會傳送；該訊息及帳號資料會依LINE或WhatsApp各自的隱私政策處理。桌面版產生QR圖片時，QR圖片服務只會收到Velosel公開的LINE連結，不會收到會員資料或訊息內容。

Velosel的匿名詢問統計只記錄使用管道、SKU、來源頁面與時間，不記錄姓名、Email、電話、通訊帳號或訊息內容。

第三方服務

網站可能使用Google/Firebase進行登入驗證、Cloudflare提供網站與安全服務，以及LINE、WhatsApp提供通訊功能。各服務依自身政策處理必要資料。

保存與安全

資料僅保存於提供服務、處理爭議及法令要求所需期間。Velosel採取權限控管、傳輸加密、稽核與備份等合理措施，但網路傳輸仍無法保證絕對安全。

你的權利

你可要求查詢、閱覽、更正、停止使用或刪除依法可處理的個人資料。部分資料因交易、稅務或法律義務可能需保留。

Privacy Notice &
Personal Data Statement

Velosel is currently in beta and payment is not enabled. We process data only as needed for membership, enquiries, compatibility checks and after-sales service.

Data we may collect

This may include your name, email, phone number, member name, shipping addresses, bike and riding needs, enquiry details, orders and service history. Optional data may be added later or left blank.

How data is used

We use data to identify members, answer enquiries, confirm compatibility, prepare quotations, process orders, arrange delivery, provide warranty and after-sales service, protect the website and retain legally required records. We do not sell personal data.

LINE and WhatsApp enquiries

When you choose LINE or WhatsApp, Velosel prepares a message containing the product, selected specifications, displayed price and page URL. Nothing is sent until you confirm it in the messaging app. The message and account information are then processed under LINE's or WhatsApp's own privacy terms. On desktop, the QR image service receives only Velosel's public LINE link; it does not receive member details or message content.

Anonymous enquiry analytics record only the channel, SKU, source page and timestamp. They do not store your name, email, phone number, messaging account or message content.

Third-party services

The site may use Google/Firebase for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and security, and LINE or WhatsApp for communication. Each provider processes necessary data under its own policies.

Retention and security

Data is kept only as long as needed for the service, dispute handling and legal obligations. Velosel uses reasonable access controls, encrypted transport, audit records and backups, but no internet transmission is absolutely secure.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, tax or legal obligations.
